Gambon Named Quality And Compliance Manager

Mitchel Evans, President of Velmex, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Gambon as the Quality and Compliance Manager.  Mr.  Gambon comes to Velmex with over 10 years experience in the engineering field with a focus on quality assurance. He was most recently a Manufacturing Engineer for Xylem and for SPX Corporation focusing on continuous improvement.

In his new position with Velmex, Mr. Gambon will be responsible for developing and implementing Quality Management systems for Velmex including deploying and maintaining ISO9001: 2015 standards as the certification program relates to Velmex processes. He is charged with quality assurance, quality training, root cause analysis and corrective action, as well as integrating lean manufacturing tools and efficiencies.
