Velmex, Inc. warrants that products manufactured shall be free from defects in material and workmanship that develop under normal use from the date of invoice for the period indicated.

*Limited lifetime warranty applies to UniSlide Assemblies or tables purchased after 7/1/19. This warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, improper operating conditions, or any alterations. The seller makes no claim that its products are intended for every use or purpose to which they may be put by the buyer. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty or alleged negligence, shall Velmex be liable for special or consequential damages.

Velmex’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing, without additional charge, a replacement for; or at Velmex’s option, repairing or issuing a credit for any product or part upon its prepaid return to Velmex.

If you need to return a product to Velmex for repair, please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product. Please contact us at info@velmex.com and we will assign an RMA and give you instructions on your next steps.

Include a written explanation of the problem, along with your contact information. We will inspect the unit and notify you of the cost, if any, before any work is performed or if we’ve determined it is not cost-effective to repair the unit. The charge for non-warranty work will be billed at the current Velmex hourly rate.
