BiSlide® Left-Right Lead Screw Linear Stages provide synchronized opposite motion, ideal for centered positioning and precision adjustment tasks.

This BiSlide® configuration features two carriages that move simultaneously along a shared axis—either toward or away from each other—making it ideal for applications requiring synchronized motion of two objects on a common centerline.

The motor is connected to the lead screw via a precision-honed steel coupling that rigidly clamps to the motor shaft. This design ensures perfect alignment and eliminates the need for keyways or set screw flats, delivering smooth, accurate motion. Travel distances are available up to 80 inches (203 cm).

Thanks to the modular nature of BiSlide® components, systems can be easily reconfigured as your application evolves. One-, two-, and three-axis configurations can be assembled simply by bolting standard components together, utilizing the flexibility of the BiSlide® T-slot framing system.

Several options can be added to BiSlide® Assemblies to make them more versatile and configurable with other Velmex products.

Velmex offers a multitude of options and accessories for all its products. Usually an option or an accessory will address your requirements. When it doesn’t, we can make custom modifications, including:

• Additional holes or slots. (A drawing is required.)
• Intermediate plates to mount your payload
• Special or in between lengths of the dovetail base
• Lead screw shaft extensions
• Choice of drive nut materials, including brass and Vespel
We can also offer customized configurations to address special environmental and vacuum applications.
