UniSlide® Way Covers
Way Covers protect the slider and dovetail base from dust, dirt and grit that could hamper the efficient operation of the slide, thereby extending the life of the slide.
Please note: the covers reduce the amount of contamination that reaches the slide, but do not eliminated it entirely.
Way covers can only be used in horizontal applications and at a maximum travel distance of 40 inches.
The covers consist of a flexible bellows and adapter plates and are available on free sliding, screw drive and graduated knob models of most UniSlide assemblies. XY UniSlide systems can be built to include covers however a special, thicker adapter plate would be required.
*Not available on Series A15 Assemblies.
