XSlide™ Gusset
Gussets are used as end mounting for vertical XSlide™ assemblies perpendicular to the X or Y plane.
The XSlide™ Gusset is a rigid support accessory designed to increase stiffness and stability in XSlide™ linear stage assemblies, particularly in applications where added structural reinforcement is required. Sized to match the compact XSlide™ platform, the gusset helps reduce deflection and improve overall system rigidity while preserving the small footprint of the stage.
The XSlide™ Gusset integrates directly with XSlide™ assemblies to provide additional support for vertical or multi-axis configurations, improving alignment and repeatability under load. Its robust construction makes it well suited for precision positioning, inspection, and light-duty automation applications where consistent performance and mechanical stability are critical.
Gussets are used to end-mount an XSlide™ Assembly.

The requirement for a gusset is determined by travel length and load. Usually recommended for a Z axis where the travel will be >4 inches.
