Velmex UniSlide® Assemblies deliver precise, versatile movement in one, two or three dimensions with linear motion. An impressive quantity of standard configurations are available to meet a multitude of applications. Our most recognized brand, rugged UniSlide positioning systems also can be easily customized to fulfill exacting requirements.
They are available in an array of manually-operated or motor-driven models and sizes including Linear Assemblies, Elevating Tables and XY Tables. Linear UniSlide stages have a maximum load capacity up to 400 lbs. (181.5 kg.) horizontally and 100 lbs. (45.5 kg.) vertically. UniSlide Elevating Tables and UniSlide XY Tables can lift up to 100 lbs. (45.5 kg.). Standard travel lengths of Velmex Linear UniSlides range from 3″ (7.62 cm) to 42″ (107 cm).

Pre-configured Systems
Velmex offers a number of it’s stages already pre-configured for specific applications. These include UniSlide XY and Elevating Tables with large bases and payload plates. Also available is our globally-recognized Tree Ring Measuring system using Velmex UniSlide® linear stages and our concrete void analyzing (Petrography) system using either UniSlide® or BiSlide® Assemblies.
A39 Series Elevating Tables
Two models with a lift range of 1″ (2.54 cm) to 3.25″ (8.26 cm) and a maximum vertical payload capacity of 25 lbs. (11.34 kg). These models feature an unobstructed tabletop platform.
AXY25 Series Manual XY Tables
Three low profile models featuring an unobstructed work platform with a travel range of up to 4″ by 4″ (10.2 cm x 10.2 cm). Available with or without a center window / aperture.
AXY40 Series Manual XY Tables
This series features two models with a travel range of up to 5″ by 5″ (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm). These models feature a large, unobstructed work platform. Standard lead screw advance is 0.100″/revolution. Other finer and coarser screws are available.
AXY60 Series Manual XY Tables
Three high profile models with a travel range of up to 9″ by 9″ (22.9 cm x 22.9 cm). These models feature a large, unobstructed work platform. Standard lead screw advance is 0.100″/revolution. Other finer and coarser screws are available.
B29 Series Elevating Tables
The smallest of the vertical tables with a maximum payload capacity of 30 lbs. (13.6 kg) and vertical travel range of 1.5″ (3.81 cm) to 6.5″ (16.51 cm).
B49 Series Elevating Tables
These elevating tables have a maximum payload capacity of 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) and vertical travel range of 2″ (5.1 cm) to 8″ (20.32 cm). Three models in this series.
B69 Series Elevating Tables
The tallest of the vertical tables with a maximum payload capacity of 100 lbs. (45.5 kg) and vertical travel range of 3″ (7.62 cm) to 9″ (22.86 cm). Three models in this series.
MAXY40 Series Motorized XY Tables
Two medium profile models with a travel range of up to 5″ by 5″ (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm). These models feature a large, unobstructed work surface. Available in a variety of lead screw pitches.
