Configuring UniSlide® Stages with Adapters and Brackets
Note: Custom systems may require a variation of a particular plate, bracket, gusset, mounting or frame.
UniSlide XY Adapter Plates
XY Plates – allow two UniSlides to be converted into an XY motion system. The aluminum plates mate the slider of the lower (X) UniSlide at a right angle to the base of the top (Y) UniSlide. You can combine UniSlides of the same series, same lengths, different series and varying lengths for a virtually limitless selection of configurations. You can also can also combine motorized and manual UniSlides.
The plates can also be used as auxiliary payload mounting plates. This provides more mounting surface area for the payload, although it does not increase the size of the load the UniSlide can handle. The Adapter Plates also provide an easy way to mount a UniSlide upside (slider) down.
A1500XY Adapter Plate
To mount an A15 or MA15 Series UniSlide® to another A15 or MA15 Series in an XY configuration.
A2500XY Adapter Plate
To mount an A25 or MA25 Series UniSlide to another A25 or MA25 Series or to an A15 or MA15 Series in XY.
A4000XY Adapter Plate
To mount an A40 or MA40 Series UniSlide to another A40 or MA40 Series or to an A25 or MA25 Series in XY. (The A40 or MA40 would be the base stage.)
A6000TX Adapter Plate
B9000XY Adapter Plate
To mount a B90 or B90 Series UniSlide to another B90 or B90 Series or to an A60 or MA60 Series in XY. (The B90 or B90 would be the base stage.)
UniSlide XZ Adapter Plates
XZ Plates – Allow UniSlide assemblies to be positioned vertically facing in any of four directions. The adapter plates allow the vertical stage to be end mounted to the carriage on the horizontal base stage. The plates connect to the given series and the next smaller size. The XZ Plates are for light loads and short slides.
A1500XZ Adapter Plate
Used to mount an A15 to another A15 Series UniSlide® or to a MA15 Series carriage in XZ configuration.
A2500XZ Adapter Plate
Mount an A25 or MA25 Series UniSlide® to another A25 or MA25 Series or to an A15 or MA15 in XZ.
A4000XZ Adapter Plate
Mount an A40 or MA40 Series UniSlide or an A25 or MA25 Series vertically to another A40 or MA40 Series in XZ.
A6000XZ Adapter Plate
To mount an A60 or MA60 Series UniSlide to another A60 or MA60 Series or to an A40 or MA40 Series in XZ. (The A60 or MA60 would be the base horizontal stage.)
B9000XZ Adapter Plate
To mount a B90 or B90 Series UniSlide to another B90 or B90 Series or to an A60 or MA60 Series in XZ. (The B90 or B90 would be the base horizontal stage.)
UniSlide XZ Adapter Brackets
XZ Brackets – allow UniSlide assemblies to be positioned vertically, facing in any of four directions and perpendicular to the X or Y plane. The brackets support the base of the vertical unit to provide more rigidity and handle heavier loads than the XZ Adapter Plates.
A2501XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount an A25 or MA25 Series UniSlide to another A25 or MA25 Series (6″- 9″) or to an A15 or MA15 Series (6″- 9″) in XZ. (The A25 or MA25 would be the base horizontal stage. The other stage would be mounted vertically.)
A4001XZ Adapter Bracket
Mount an A40 or MA40 Series UniSlide (6″- 9″) or an A25 or MA25 Series (6″- 9″) vertically to another A40 or MA40 Series in XZ. Can also mount two B4800TS Rotary Tables at right angles.
A6001XZ Adapter Bracket
Mount an A60 or MA60 Series UniSlide to another A60 or MA60 Series (up to 12″) or to an A40 or MA40 Series (up to 12″) in XZ.
B2503XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount an A25 or MA25 Series UniSlide to another A25 or MA25 Series (over 9″) or to an A15 or MA15 Series (over 9″) in XZ.
B4003XZ Adapter Bracket
Mount a vertical A25, MA25, A40, or MA40 Series UniSlide® Assembly (12″–15″ travel) to a horizontal A40 or MA40 Series UniSlide® base stage in an XZ configuration.
B4004XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount an A40 or MA40 Series UniSlide to another A40 or MA40 Series (over 15″) or to an A25 or MA25 Series (over 15″) in XZ. (The A40 or MA40 would be the base horizontal stage.)
B6003XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount an A60 or MA60 Series UniSlide to another A60 or MA60 Series (12″- 15″) or to an A40 or MA40 Series (12″- 15″) in XZ. (The A60 or MA60 would be the base horizontal stage.)
B6004XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount an A60 or MA60 Series UniSlide to another A60 or MA60 Series (over 15″) or to an A40 or MA40 Series (over 15″) in XZ. (The A60 or MA60 would be the base horizontal stage.)
B9001XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount a B90 or MB90 Series UniSlide to another B90 or MB90 Series (up to 18″) or to an A60 or MA60 Series (up to 18″) in XZ. (The B90 or MB90 would be the base horizontal stage.)
B9002XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount a B90 or MB90 Series UniSlide to another B90 or MB90 Series (over 24″) or to an A60 or MA60 Series (over 24″) in XZ. (The B90 or MB90 would be the base horizontal stage.)
B9003XZ Adapter Bracket
To mount an A60 or MA60 Series UniSlide to another A60 or MA60 Series (over 15″) or to an A40 or MA40 Series (over 15″) in XZ. (The A60 or MA60 would be the base horizontal stage.)
Rotary Adapter Plates
Rotary Table Adapter Plates – To mount Velmex Rotary Tables to UniSlide Assemblies either in horizontal or vertical positions.

Use this bracket to mount two B5990TS Rotary Tables at right angles to each other or to mount a B5990TS to a UniSlide® Linear Stage.
Platform Shelf
Platform Shelf – A right angled bracket designed to be used with UniSlide® Elevating Tables. However, they also can be used with vertically mounted UniSlide Assemblies to support a payload. The shelf can be inverted depending on the motion required. There is a platform shelf available for the Series A26, A40 and A60 UniSlide® Assemblies.

UniSlide Gearbox
Right Angle Gearbox – Allows the control knob or wheel to be offset perpendicular to the UniSlide ways / centerline. Control knob can be positioned any one of four ways: up, down left or right. Ideal for tight spaces or applications where access to the end of the stage is limited. Note the offset, right-angle gearbox must be ordered with the stage. It cannot be retrofitted.

Ideal for tight spaces or applications where access to the end of the stage is limited.
A60 / B90 Series Right Angle Gearbox
Ideal for tight spaces or applications where access to the end of the stage is limited. Fits A60 and B90 Series UniSlide® Assemblies.
