CONTROLS AND MONITORING

Velmex offers complete motion system solutions including controls, digital readouts, encoders, limits and stepper motors, in addition to the positioning stages. Our motor controllers are designed for easy control of single or multi-axis sytems. The intelligent micro-stepper VXC Controller/Driver can control four axis simultaenously or one at a time. The proven VXM™ Motor Controller can control positioning on up-to four axis one at a time. The VRO™ Readout, used in conjunction with encoders, provides precise position information.

Although the controllers and readouts can be used with other motion devices, we have designed them to work seamlessly with Velmex stages. For customer convenience, Velmex provides a number of AC and DC electric stepper motors to run motor-driven stages. Gear motors, servo motors and high resolution step motors can also be used to run Velmex stages.
